So it is Monday again. How did you do on your fitness goals last week? Were you able to do the video last week. It was a hard one.
This past week, I have been focusing on making sure to drink enough water. Drinking enough water can make a major difference in weight loss and in just feeling better in general. Since starting Plexus, I have upped my water in take a lot and I can tell such a difference. My pink drink has upped my energy, decreased my pain and is helping me drop weight. I am pretty happy about it.
3/2- 187.5 – Down 4.5
3/9- 185.3- Down 6.7
