You know how I can always tell school has actually started? It isn’t all the new school clothes. It isn’t all the school supplies, which with 3 kids in school are a lot. It isn’t even that the kids are back on a schedule and are gone all day. It is someone gets sick. Not on their deathbed sick. But the sniffles and sneezes start. It started with Serenity. Over the weekend, Serenity started with the sneezes and a stuffy nose. This morning Joey woke up, and said he was starting to feel the cold starting. This afternoon Willow srarted sneezing. For Willow, it progressed pretty quick. She is the worst off out of them. Still nothing bad, but enough to go “Yep, school has officially started”. Her poor little face is all patchy and red, she is sneezing and all kinds of (clear) gunk coming out, and the tell tale sign with Willow, her little eye tears. She was born with a clogged tear duct and it took a long time to clear up. But every time she gets sick, it tears up and if she gets really sick, it gunks up. Fingers crossed the bug stops with these 3. Hoping for only half of the 6 pack down.
