My kids love to be in the kitchen with me. At least one of them is in the kitchen making dinner with me every night. Plus they love to help me make treats, like cookies and cakes and pies. Of course it is important that they wash their hands. But I really hate when their hands are a complete mess and they touch the soap dispenser. It ends up being covered with germs, and food, and when we are doing crafts, paint, clay, play-doh and who only knows what else. Then when I have to move the soap dispenser or go to wash my hands, I end up dirtier than I was when I started. Plus the thought of all the chicken or hamburger mess and germs, really grosses me out.
My little kids love to wash their hands by themselves. But as they get the soap, they spread the mess everywhere. And they spill the soap all over. We recently switched from a normal soap dispenser to the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap. The dispenser sits on the counter and as we put our hand under it, the soap comes out in the perfect amount. Lysol is known for its germ killing power, and the Lysol No-Touch Hand soap kills 10 times more germs than leading hand sanitizer soaps.
To celebrate kids and the messes they get into, Lysol is holding a contest. Lysol is asking for families to share their messiest moments. Each week there will be a theme, from Future artist to critter, to mud madness, with a few more in between. A winner will be chosen at random to have their picture features on the Lysol Fan page and Lysol.com. One grand prise winner will be chose to win a Disney World Vacation and have their picture featured on the Lysol website and their fan page.
No purchase necessary. Contest runs from 2/25/13- 5/25/13. Open to US residents ages 18+. Void where prohibited. Click here for official contest rules.
