Recently I shared with you about Pinnacle dog food. We have definitely been excited to see how using this grain free dog food was going to be with Merdock. Would he enjoy it? Would there be difference? Would I be able to get him to actually eat it? While Merdock isn’t a fussy dog, per se, sometimes he just decides he doesn’t like something and that is that.
Pinnacle pet food is designed for pet parents who are concerned about what is in their pup’s dog food. Made in their California plant, Pinnacle pet food uses quality ingredients, like Quinoa, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Sea kelp, Cottage Cheese and uses them in recipes that are natural and healthy featuring high quality proteins and antioxidants. This delivers a good tasting dog food, that is healthy for them. It is even good for dogs who might have a sensitive stomach.
The real question… Does Merdock like it? See that is the million dollar question. Because like with kids, it doesn’t matter how healthy the dinner is, it does them no good if they won’t eat it.
As for Merdock, he loves it. He went right to town the moment he was given it. We did transition him slowly because we did not want to upset his belly. The funny thing was, he managed to find all of the pieces of his Pinnacle dog food and eat those ones first.
Merdock has always been a healthy guy. He is solid and loves to play. I have noticed his coat looks extra shiny. He has also been a little more excited to get out and run around, not that he has ever needed much encouragement for that.
Pinnacle pet food is available online or at local pet stores. You can a find a list of where to buy Pinnacle dog food so that you can start your dog on this holistic dog food.
I would love to know what you think. What kind of ingredients do you look for in your dog’s food? Are you looking for a dog food that does not contain grains and has quality ingredients?
