Last year I started Plexus, but honestly I never did much with it. I became an ambassador, mostly because I wanted to get paid to lose weight and get healthy. And it was working great. I was down 15 pounds and I had tons more energy. Then a few months before Christmas, my asthma acted up and I was down for the count, again. I was on steroids for 3 months to make it so I could even function. I wasn’t taking my Plexus because I knew that even with how good Plexus is at controlling my appetite, nothing helps when I am on steroids. I am starving and can not get enough to eat. I ended up gaining 15 pounds. Since I am only 5’2, that is a big difference and it is easy to see. So right before Christmas I looked like this.
That is me at 192lbs. I hate putting that number out there for the whole world to see. But since I am back on my Plexus for the past 3 weeks, I am already down to 187.5, as of this morning. I am hoping to get down to the 140’s eventually. Along with losing the weight, I am planning to start add some more work out time to my day. Since I am out of shape, and I am very busy, I plan on starting with 15 minutes a day. I think we can all find 15 minutes a day to get up and get a little sweat on.
So here is my challenge to you. No matter if you are trying to lose weight, get in shape, tone up or just want to add some more movement into your day, can you do the weekly video at least a few times a week?

This video is actually a 10 minute workout but I thought it would be a god one to get started with. It does seem like a hard 10 minutes though. But I can do anything for 10 minutes, right?
