I am so excited to be attending BlogHer August 3rd to 4th, 2012 in NYC! I’m seeking sponsorship, with many options available, in exchange for brand or company exposure leading up to, during and after the conference. - Option 1: $200
- Option 1 includes: 2 tweets before the conference, 1 tweet during the conference and a mention in the conference summary blog post within the 3 weeks following the conference. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
- Option 2 includes: 2 tweets before the conference, 1 tweet during the conference, a mention in the conference summary blog post within the 3 weeks following the conference, All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream, and a 125X125 ad spot on my right sidebar for the 2 weeks before the event.
- Option 3 includes: Sponsor company name/website listed on the back of all of my business that I will hand out to everyone I meet at BlogHer ’12. Consider the exposure: There were over three thousand attendees at Blog Her ’11. You will also receive a 125X125 advertising spot on my sidebar for 3 week leading up to the conference and 3 weeks after the conference. I will tweet about your company or sponsorship twice per day of the conference days, post about your sponsorship once in the 2 weeks after the conference and mention your company as one of the main sponsors in the conference summary blog post within the 3 weeks following the conference. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
- Options 4:Sponsor company name/website listed on the back of all of my business that I will hand out to everyone I meet at BlogHer ’12. Consider the exposure: There were over three thousand attendees at Blog Her ’11. You will also receive a 125X125 advertising spot on my sidebar for 4 weeks leading up to the conference and 4 weeks after the conference. I will tweet about your company or sponsorship twice per day and post about your sponsorship/company once in the week before the conference, once in the two weeks after the conference and mention your company as one of the main sponsors in the conference summary blog post within the 3 weeks following the conference. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
- Option 5 includes: Sponsor company name/website listed first in bold on the back of all of my business cards that I will hand out to everyone I meet at BlogHer ’12. Consider the exposure: There were over three thousand attendees at Blog Her ’11. You will also receive a 125X125 advertising spot on my sidebar for 6 weeks leading up to the conference and 6 weeks after the conference. I will tweet about your company or sponsorship in the 2 weeks leading up to the conference (3 times per week), throughout the entire event, up to three times per day, and 3 times in the week following the conference. I will also blog post about your sponsorship/company once each week in the 2 weeks before the conference, once in the week after the conference and mention your company as the main sponsor in the conference summary blog post within the 3 weeks following the conference. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
- Option 6: Clothing and Accessories – Product An outfit for each day (2) plus an evening outfit/dress for the after party.
- Option 7: Luggage, Laptop Case and Accessories – Product One suitcase, carry on bag, one laptop case, one tablet case, 1 iPhone case
- Options 6 and 7 includes: 1 blog post for each outfit or set of accessories within the 3 weeks following the conference, 1 tweet per outfit/set of accessories during the event on the day worn or used. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
- Option 8: Products to Keep Me connected- Laptop, Tablet, iPhone, iPod, Voice Recorder, etc – If you do not have to specifically sell these products in order to sponsor, you can purchase these to sponsor.
- Options 8 includes: 1 blog post for each electronic within the 2 weeks following the conference, 1 tweets per day per product during the event conference. All blog posts include a link on my Facebook Fan Page and Twitter stream.
NOTE: It is against conference rules to offer sponsored materials to attendees however for sponsors as an added option, I can host a review and giveaway on this blog to represent your company during the conference.
