I have a big family. On a light holiday, we easily have 30 people in and out of the house for dinner. On a busier holiday, it can be closer to 45-50. That does not even include if my cousins and their kids happen to stop by. It can make for a very hectic holiday.
Just an example,My mom and I start cooking around 3 am every year. I am usually making pies for a few days before Thanksgiving. One year, my mom burned the turkey, my brother’s dog grabbed the other one off the counter when no one was looking. My sister in law broke a ceramic plate in the stuffing, and one of nephews threw up in the middle of the kitchen as everyone was getting their food. It was a bit of a chaotic situtation. And once everyone was finally finshed eatting, there was the dishes to clean up. Pots and pans everywhere, dishes and silverwear piled in high stacks. With all of this, I love the holidays but it can be stressful.
You know what make the holidays even better. If my family could have Buca di Beppo for a Thanksgiving feast. Just think, an authentic Italian dinner in an eclectic, vintage setting, where there are no dogs taking the turkey off the counter.
If we were to make Thanksgiving reservations my family would be able to enjoy a dinner that is cooked to perfection for us, with no mess to clean up afterwards. No mess and less stress definitely makes for a nicer holiday dinner together. No one wold be extra tired and cranky from lack of sleep, no 3 am cooking sessions, and there would stillbe all the yummy food to feast on. Not to mention, I don’t know why, but everything always tastes better when someone else makes it.
If we wanted to have our feast at home, we could take advantage of the Buca di Beppo catering options as well.
Would dinner from Buca di Beppo help make your Thanksgiving dinner less stressful and more nejoyable?
