Simple, Easy (and Healthy) Valentine’s Day Treat

My kids love to take treats into school for their holiday parties but there is a new rule that the treats have to be healthy. I have no problem with that, I think that their holiday parties turn into a sugar fest and I have to deal with the fall out of it. But my kids are not very interested in sending in orange slices or apples. I had seen these raspberries all over the internet and thought they would make a perfect treat for everyday but would be a healthy treat that even my kids would be happy to take to school.

Take fresh raspberries. And stuff each one with a white chocolate ship. Done. Your treat is ready. I said it was simple, right? You can also use regular chocolate chips, but we think that the white chocolate chips pair better with the raspberries.

My daughter will eat these by the container-full. She loves to nibble on them all day long.

    These look really good. I bet the white chocolate chip softens after its been sitting out for a while too. Initially I thought it was cream cheese inside! Yummy.

    These look so delicious! Raspberries are one of my favorite berries. Have to see if I can find any fresh ones here, to try out your idea.
