I am a Mattel Blogger. I received these dolls for my review. All thoughts are my own.
We went to a prescreening of Frozen, and my daughter has been hooked. Willow asks about Frozen just about every day. While the beginning of the movie did not agree with me, by the end I loved it as much as the girls. As the sisters grew close again, I saw my own girls holding hands with each other, and trying to snuggle up in the seats to each other. And to me, that is what it is all about,
So Willow stops cold every time she seems a Frozen doll or toy. And if the movie trailer comes on the TV, it is a given she will be asking if the movie is out yet. She wants us to buy it on DVD. When I was given the chance to add a few of the Frozen dolls into our collection of Barbie-like dolls, of course I was thrilled.
There are 3 dolls from Frozen to choose from. Elsa, Anna and Kristof. The dolls are made of a great quality to withstand children playing rough with them and of course, trying to reenact the movie. Which means falling from great heights, pretending to ride in a sleigh and fighting a giant ice monster.
The dolls are also great replicas of the characters in the movie. There is no mistaking who they are.
The only thing this set is missing is Olaf, the snowman who loves warm hugs and feels that some people are worth melting for. I think I will be on a hunt looking for one that might be able to be added to these dolls.
Have you seen Frozen? What did you think?
